Banco CTT improved teams´
efficiency with hands-on Terraform training

Through an Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Immersion Workshop, Banco CTT strengthened internal capabilities to standardize and scale infrastructure deployment.

Banco CTT recognizes that adapting to a fast-evolving financial landscape requires flexible, secure, and scalable technology foundations. To support this evolution, the bank adopted Terraform, an Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tool that allows teams to build and manage cloud infrastructure safely and consistently.

To fully harness Terraform’s potential, Banco CTT set out to improve internal knowledge and establish best practices across its teams. The goal: increase the quality, reliability, and security of infrastructure deployments while reducing manual errors.

Ten Twenty One designed and delivered a practical Terraform training program, including remote workshops and hands-on labs. The sessions introduced key Terraform concepts, lifecycle phases, provider usage, and best practices across multiple development environments (IDEs).

As a result, Banco CTT improved operational efficiency, gained a deeper understanding of IaC workflows, and began standardizing its infrastructure management practices — laying the groundwork for greater scalability and agility across the organization.

Ten Tweny One helped CTT improve their teams

The Terraform training delivered by Ten Twenty One gave CTT teams practical, hands-on expertise to manage cloud infrastructure with more confidence, consistency, and security.

CTT strengthened their operational agility while reducing risk and complexity.

In health and human services, advanced data integration tools supported by robust governance and security features are being used to combine siloed data for collaborative, proactive whole-person care and integrated eligibility. Streamlined eligibility and enrolment processes improve access to essential programs, creating a more integrated and efficient public health and social services support system. Responsible uses of AI are being used to identify fraud and poor service provider performance.
